Anointed Beauty ships ONLY within the U.S. for the time being. No international orders will be permitted.
Our processing time is 3-5 business days from the day of purchase. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order. A second email will be sent out with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered. Order refunds, returns and changes are not permitted after the order is placed.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or offer package rerouting, pick-ups, or refunds on items shipped to hotels or other temporary locations.
Please keep in mind that during promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to the high volume of orders.
We gladly offer replacements of the SAME item if the item arrives damaged due to shipping or otherwise incorrect to the submitted order. Please send us an email at support@anointedbeauty.co with your order number and photographic proof within 5 days of your order's delivery. Photos of a damaged item/package help us improve our shipping system & reduce future shipping issues therefore they are highly appreciated.
Once your order ships out, the shipping carrier is fully responsible for it. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen during transit or upon arrival. We are also not liable for carrier delays, natural disaster delays, or delays due to holidays. We kindly advise that you file a claim via the courier’s website.
We urge that you triple check your entered address. If your order gets delivered to the wrong address provided by you, sadly there is truly nothing we can do. You are responsible for providing your correct address. Additionally, if your package gets sent back to us due to the wrong address you entered, you will be responsible for the shipping fees to re-ship your order.
