Yes! We do our best to include one sample size of either our Ayurvedic Triple Herb Growth & Nourishing Scalp Oil or Botanical Infused Hair Perfumes with each order (when limited supplies). Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose which one you’ll receive during checkout.

We urge that you triple check your entered address. If your order gets delivered to the wrong address provided by you, sadly there is truly nothing we can do. You are responsible for providing your correct address. Additionally, if your package gets sent back to us due to the wrong address you entered, you will be responsible for the shipping fees to re-ship your order.

We gladly offer replacements of the SAME item if the item arrives damaged due to shipping or otherwise incorrect to the submitted order. Please send us an email at support@anointedbeauty.co with photographic proof within 5 days of your order's delivery. Photos of a damaged item/package help us improve our shipping system & reduce future shipping issues therefore they are highly appreciated.

Once your order ships out, the shipping carrier is fully responsible for it. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen during transit or upon arrival. We are also not liable for carrier delays, natural disaster delays, or delays due to holidays. We kindly advise that you file a claim via the courier’s website.

All Sales Are Final. All our haircare products are handcrafted and made to order. Due to this nature, once an order has been placed, we can not permit refunds, returns or exchanges.

Anointed Beauty products are specifically formulated for dry, low & high porosity hair.

Not at all. Some Anointed Beauty products such as our Ayurvedic Scalp Oil can be used to encourage growth and strengthen your relaxed hair. Also, our Botanical Infused Hair Perfumes can be used to give your relaxed hair a natural shine while granting it a soft femininely rich scent.

Yes! We intentionally use certified organic herbs and plant oils/butters when producing our products.

Yes! Anointed Beauty products do not contain any animal or animal-derived ingredients and we do not test on animals.

Yes! Our products are safe to use on color-treated hair.

Unfortunately, Anointed Beauty products are not guaranteed to help with alopecia.

Yes, ages 2 and up are safe to use our products on. Please perform a 24hr sensitivity test to ensure that allergic reactions don’t arise.
